HOW IT ALL STARTED
Daniele’s journey began with his academic foundation in urban planning at Politecnico di Milano, where he studied large-scale human behaviour. Over time, his focus shifted from macro-level systems to the intricate dynamics of human interaction.
After years of managerial roles in luxury brands, Daniele discovered his passion for empowering people. Witnessing the transformative power of coaching and training, he decided to dedicate himself fully to leadership development.
In 2021, Daniele founded Total Leadership with a mission: to help professionals overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, and achieve sustainable success. Starting with bespoke training programs for mid- and senior-level managers across industries, Total Leadership quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach. Today, Daniele’s expertise spans continents and industries—from luxury retail to finance—delivering measurable results in performance, communication, and leadership.

We diagnose to determine current capabilities and define business needs. A friendly but thorough set of interviews will take place to understand, together, the best way to tackle the business challenges

We design an intervention that is fit for purpose, created ad hoc around the specific identified business needs
Deliver
We deliver by implementing seamless learning, using mixed techniques, from traditional business coaching on-site to creative workshops and interactive virtual training online
