Over time, I reversed the lens, shifting my focus from urban systems to the most intricate processor of all—the human mind. This evolution was driven by a single thread: a passion for regeneration, whether of cities, teams, or individual potential.
With over a decade of managerial experience in the luxury industry, I've seen firsthand how empowering people transforms not only businesses but also lives.
This realisation led me to dedicate myself to people development, and my expertise now lies in using psychometric tools and tailored strategies to unlock human potential, helping individuals and teams shatter limiting beliefs and achieve extraordinary results.
