Daniele Perchiazzi is the Founder of Total Leadership and an Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer and Keynote Speaker.
His passion for the human mind and the opportunity to manage personnel during his career in the luxury industry, galvanised his interest in people development.
Daniele has achieved full qualifications in a broad spectrum of psychometric tools such as: Hogan Assessment, DiSC, LDP, REACH Ecosystem, Spotlight, MBTI (Oxford Psychology Press) and he is a licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer.
Daniele studied Corporate and Executive coaching, he has a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF), is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is certified in Transactional Analysis 101.
His areas of expertise are: Leadership Development, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Effective Communication Techniques, Psychometric tools for the corporate environment, Change/Conflict Management and Selling techniques with Emotional Intelligence.

Daniele has been working in over twenty countries, delivering training programmes to mid and senior managers.
He is also an Adjunct Professor at IUM (International University of Monaco) and at Glion Institute of Higher Education.
